Hi all
I was reading an interesting article about corporate memory or corporate amnesia as it is referred to in this article. Especially in larger organisations with people constantly moving and changing roles this can be a risk for the business.
Does anyone have any ideas about how you retain corporate memory in the business, I would love to hear them!
