Starbucks employee wins dyslexia discrimination case

A woman with dyslexia wins a discrimination case against her employer Starbucks after she was disciplined for falsifying documents.

I read about this case this morning, an interesting one I appreciate it does not provide the full picture but one to consider when dealing with disciplinary issues and considering reasonable adjustments!
