Hi All,
I am just looking for feedback from anyone who employs reservists?
We have a member of our staff who is a RAF reservist and whilst it is relatively easy to create a policy to cater for this,especially if they are called up for active service (mobilised) , I just wanted to know from anyone who does employ reservists if they provide additional leave for the staff and if so how much and do you financially contribute to this?

Great question I worked in quite a large organisation and we didn't have any policy about reservists.
