I thought that you might be interested to know that The Ministry of Justice has launched its website of 

employment tribunal decisions.

There are about 100 decisions from 2016 are already up there, and you can search by name, date, judge or jurisdiction code.

Previously only Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) decisions and higher labour courts have been published so this is a real step forward for putting important information in the public domain.

Ideal as a reference if you are undertaking an Employment Law assessment.
