Morning all
You may already be aware of the case below which although not an employment law case, does demonstrate how weighing up the rights of those with conflcting beliefs related to a protected characteristic is always a fine line to tread. Ashers Bakery has appealed the case all the way to the Supreme Court who will be hearing the case this week.
