I cringe as I write this but I am admitting that organisation is not a skill I naturally posess and is something I have had to learn.
My organisation is not huge and does not have a budget to spend on a formal ER cases tracker.
So my question is, is there anyone out there that has a good way of keeping on track of all of their ER cases or HR functions? I am trying to create something on excel, by department, including time and costs, where we are and RAG rated.
I am just getting myself in a mess.
Does any one have any advice or examples?
