Hi all
I'm reviewing the SLAs (service level agreements) for the HR Admin Team at my company. In particular looking at the time it takes for the relevant letter to be sent to the employee once we have received all the information we need to produce it (not including payroll input).
It would be really helpful to benchmark this against some other companies, so I wanted to reach out to see whether you are able to offer some information regarding the SLAs you currently use.
I've used my company, Mondelēz as an example below to give you an idea of what I am after.
Thanks in advance, I really appreciate any help you can give me! :)
- Company Name or Industry - Mondelez
- Public / Private Company - Private
- No of Employees - 5000 (UK)
- HR Admin Structure e.g. process/function aligned - Functionally Aligned
- New Hire External Offers SLA - 2 working days
- Employee Events SLA - 4 working days
- Leave of Absence SLA - 5 working days
- Separations SLA - 5 working days
- Queries - 24 hours to acknowledge query
- Does SLA include payroll input? - No
- On average, how often do you hit the SLA (%) - 97% (once we have all the information)
- Is there anything that impacts achieving SLA? - Yes - E.g. Getting information from line managers. Getting approvals, Getting the right information from Recruitment
Thank you!
