A quick round up of the news this morning highlights the ever growing awareness of alleged inappropriate workplace conduct.

First up the founder of Ted Baker has resigned following hisvoluntary leave of absence since December last year.

And then hot on the heels of thisnews that eorkers who sign gagging orders in return for pay-offs from their firms will still be able to report wrongdoing to the police under new proposals from the government.
