We are currently looking to change our current HR/payroll system. We have trialled Cascade HR which we really really like, and is best far the best affordable.
We also looked at midland HR, sage - both of which were far too expensive and frontier which was too old fashioned.
Just wondered if any of you have used Cascade and how have you found it?

I have used Cascade previously in my old company. It was really good and user-friendly. We found the self service portal really good. I used to do training sessions on the system but it was a few years ago now so don't remember everything.

Our business has 600 employees and we wanted a HR system and Payroll managed service, also with Employee self service. We have been quoted approx £45k for a year 1 cost, with a monthly cost for payroll, £4.75 per employee per month. Our annual fees are then approx £6k.
sage were ridiculous and wanted £104k for year one, I nearly fell off my chair.
I can email you over some further info if you wanted to look through it. The system is fantastic, best we have seen and was actually the cheapest.

We have circa 100 employees and would like a HR system with Management access and Employee self service but no payroll add on. We are meeting with Cascade and aCloud next week to see their demos and have already met with Moorepay and Exelsys. Moorepay seem to be able to offer what we are looking for but at a very very cheap price (which worries me) but I can't seem to find any reviews or feedback online about their system.

Hi Amy - I hope you don't mind me asking. What sort of price range have cascade quoted? We're looking into changing our HR system and didn't bother meeting with Cascade as I assumed they would be far too expensive (we are a Charity) as they provide the HR and Payroll system for Everton Football Club.
