HR Policies and Procedures for a start-up SME

I work for a small start-up business. We have just hired our first employees and need to put in place some basic HR policies as a starting point. Specifically I need policies for the following:

Recruitment and Selection

Discipline and Grievance

Absence

Maternity 

Social Media Usage

Equal Opportunities

Rather than write these all from scratch I would like to adapt ones already written. if you have anything that you are willing to share I would be very grateful. I will of course observe confidentiality.

    Hope you are well.

    You might also find the ACAS website helpful as they have lots of booklets and documents which have sample policies in them which you can then adapt and amend for your business.
