HR Software

Hi there,

We are currently researching HR software and wanted to get feedback on what people have used and found useful, in particular Cezanne HR as this seems to provide mostly what we want as a medium sized business operating over 3 countries.

Please can anyone advise if they have used Cezanne and what is their experience or has anyone useful feedback on any other systems?

Hi Clare

I've no experience with Cezanne. I'm currently managing a project to implement a new HR system and after looking at a fair few (Cezanne was a name we looked at), we've narrowed our search down to CASCADE and CIPHR.

I'd be keen to hear some feedback around those two particular systems, but from our research they both appear promising.

Thanks everyone for your advice and I will be investigating one more system as I am hopefully close to getting the go ahead and I really need to ensure that whatever we implement is quite 'future proof'.

Gregg I may be in touch to discuss those systems but just need some further input so I ask the correct questions.

Hi Clare - i have implemented 2 different HR software packages - Simply Personnel and also Fourth. Simply Personnel was great as it is modular and expands with the business (ie you pay for the nearest 50 employees) and the report suite is very intuitive. Great training module and also rota module provided your business operates within the normal day and your shift patterns do not go into the next day ie restaurant staff working in the evening may start at 6pm and finish at 1am and the system doesnt like this very much. Fourth on the other hand has the advantage of being able to deal with this and has a great biometric integration with links through to payroll should you want to go down this road. not worked with Cezanne HR sorry. hope this helps a little regards Gregg

I have used Cascade which was very good although I do know that it was only available in English (this may have changed). Cascade was very good for what we needed and compatible on most devices. I have not had any experience with Cezanne sorry
