My company is looking for me to conduct a survey across all people within the company to find out their thoughts/feelings/positives/negatives about working for the company.
Several of the people that work for us are IR35 contractors distributed worldwide. When conducting the surveys should they be included - or by doing so would that imply that they are employees? (I am still getting to grips with IR35 regulations)
Thanks

Hi Victoria
Employment status can throw up many challenges, the question you are asking here is about the integration test and how integrated you wish the contractors to be within the business.
That said I know very little about IR35 and its specifics, but my gut feel would be not to include them. I know there have recently been changes especially in the publisc sector around this so if anyone out there with IR35 experiences could help that would be great.
All the best Sarah
