Just getting started but not sure if it's "clicking" yet... CIPD Associate Level Diploma in People Management (DPHR5BD03)

Hi everyone. 

I've had an induction session and attended a facilitated workshop and I'm just getting started on my CIPD Associate Level Diploma in People Management (DPHR5BD03).

Is anyone in a similar boat so I could join/form a study group? 

I'm a bit concerned that after a reading quite a lot of stuff (which feels like it makes sense at the time) I'm still having trouble getting properly started.

If anyone is in the same boat (or figured it out) I'd hugely appreciate your counsell or just to compare notes.
