Morning all
Making the headlines this morning, news that less than 50% of organisations have so far complied with the requirement to publish their gender pay gap reporting information ahead of the deadline for private businesses of 4 April.
Why do you think this is?
Are we in a perfect storm with GDPR, gender pay gap regulations and businesses preoccupied with restructuring their businesses in the wake of rising costs and falling sales e.g. hospitality and retail

Also in the news a BBC reporter who has highlighted the issues facing disabled passengers at airports. When he was stranded on an aircraft that had arrived at the terminal for 100 minutes as his wheelchair was inadvertently removed by ground staff. It was interesting to hear that Heathrow CEO took swift action not only meeting with the journalist yesterday but apologising unreservedly on the radio today and acknowledging Heathrow can do better.
The issue highlights the need for companies to get in place arrangements for disabled customers.
