Latest case on not meeting the NMW

Hi all

HR in the news again this morning with an interesting that this is a case about if the employees were on call or at the disposal of the employer as they were required to stay 24/7 at the house of the individuals they were caring for.

As we know each case turns on its own facts and I can't help feeling that the fact that the hourly rate on the payslip was shown as £3.87 will help the Respondent much!
