Would anyone have a letter template for agreement between employer/employee to say that company will pay for employee educational course providing he/she completes and passes the course. If not, the employee will reimburse the company based on payment plan etc? Anything anyone could provide would be very much appreciated.

We use a Learning and Development Agreement. This basically states how much of the said course fees, and then an agreement is signed to say the employee will pay 100% of the fees back if they leave within 6 months of completing it, 90% if they leave within 1 year and then 50% of the fees thereafter. I've done a quick search on Google and there are many templates that can be adapted for the nature of your business.

I have just seen your post on the HR Forum and have emailed you a template that may be of help. We currently use this standard letter to our employees who attend any training or development programmes that are funded by the company.
