I am just about to finish my Level 5 in HRM, and I debating whether to continue with level 7 online or not.
For those who may have done level 5 with DPG how would you rate level 7?
My colleagues have gone down the college / university route and with the step up from Level 5 I am unsure whether this would be better for myself.
For those who are on / have been involved with level 7 how have you found the online modules and assessments?
Would you recommend the online course?
Any further insights would be greatly appreciated.

I would speak to students and tutors on level 7. The DPG experience is a very good one, if you like debate, autonomy and focus without too much structure, by that I mean you have all the resources you could possibly need but it up to you how much you use them. The HR professionals you meet at Level 7 workshops come from all over and have a lot of different industry experience, but you probably have that at level 5. I love stretching students to think wider and deeper about people issues within business, yet always keeping the direction of travel on the business and its reason for being. Whatever you decide I hope you enjoy the experience. If you are self motivated and quite free thinking then DPG is for you. If you need a week by week, or marker to marker type environment then college may be more appropriate.
