I find childcare vouchers and salary sacrifice schemes quite baffling when working out entitlements, here is a case which is one to watch to see if the EAT overturns the original finding of discrimination.

An interesting one! I hadn't seen this case so thanks for flagging it up Sarah. I've always worked with schemes where the employer continues to provide the CCV''s even when the employee moves into zero pay, so as not to discriminate. Definitely a decision to watch!
