- What is your maternity leave policy?
- What is your occupational maternity pay policy? Including eligibility criteria, pay and return to work requirements.
- What is your paternity leave policy? Including eligibility criteria and pay?
- What is your parental leave policy, including eligibility criteria and any enhanced provision you offer?

Thanks for posting if it helps your study the majority of the businesses I work with are SMEs typically 75 employees or below.
Without exception all the businesses I work with pay statutory maternity, statutory paternity and statutory shared parental leave.
It would be really useful if you could post the results to your survey on the community once you have completed this?
