Hi,
I was wondering whether anyone could offer any ideas or options of other courses - I completed my Level 3 HRP and finished my Level 5 HRM last August. I have taken a break from studying to spend itme with my family following 2 years of studying but now I am ready to get back in the next stage of my career and maybe more studying.
I am currently thinking about doing the Level 7 in Human Resources but not sure how this will help me in my current role - HR Officer in a local authority school although we are soon to become an acadaemy so also trying to look at other areas I could do, such as leadership/management.
My main aim is to climb the ladder in HR to go as far as possible which may not end up being with my current employer.
Has anyone got any ideas or advice they can offer to point me in the right direction of where I could go next as really not sure but do know I want to be in HR,
Thanks for any advice,
Lisa

Hi Lisa
I would suggest geting your Level 7 under your belt and then eventually to apply for Chartered Membership. It is the gold standard in terms of what employers in the market look for.
I would be interested to hear what other people think though.
All the best and good luck!
