Well today I attended a seminar by Glenn Elliott and he has a very similar outlook.
He has some very intersting thoughts on employee engagement and how trust is created from day 1, (so that means legalistic contracts of employment are out) honest and straightforward adult discussions are in. Not sure we are quite there yet, but head over to his website and check him out.
