We are currently completing our appraisal analysis and I am looking at doing a People Map to highlight where to go in relation to succession planning etc. I was looking for advice on if anyone has completed something similar before, the process in order to design the map, and also in relation to levelling appraisal scores is there a set matrix or score sheet you would follow or would it be based purely on the appraisal form.

When you say People Map do you mean in terms of the 9 box grid type of thing for talent planning? Sorry I've not heard that phrase before so just wanted to check.
