Wondered the popularity of SPL elsewhere now its been in place for a few months. My organisation has approx 2500 employees and we've only had one request so far, it was fairly straight forward therefore intrigued to see how other organisations are coping with the more complex requests. Our process isn't 100% set yet, so any tips on improving would be helpful.

You beat me to it! We are a an SME with 150 employees and wasn't expecting to have any requests so soon - However we have had one to date and I was surprised to find that we actually struggled on guidance initially as it was so new. We got there in the end, however I have to say this is not one of my favourite changes. Again like yourself the process is still relatively new and I wander when or even if we will use it again?! Nest stop SPL for Grandparents!

Great post it would be great to hear from others who are dealing with these. Personally I have not had to advise on this yet, but I mainly deal with Companies with less than 100 employees. Does anyone else have any experience of this yet?
