If anyone has any experience in conducting Pulse Surveys for their company can you please contact me? This is something I need to set up and continue to do on a monthly basis and would love any advice guidance on where to start?

What is a pulse survey I've never heard of that before, I have used Survey Monkey in the past, but I would love to know what a pulse survey is.

Hi Sarah, A pulse survey is a type of employee survey which can be conducted on a regular basis depending on the companies needs. They can be done weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually and are a great way to measure the health of a company. They are confidential so employees feel happy to give their honest opinion. This type of survey is designed to take snapshots of employees opinions and are more cost effective and time efficient. You keep the results on a database and you can create reports from that database to show the differences in each survey therefore showing the progression the company has made. That is just a very high level overview of the Pulse Survey.
