In my organisation we have been thinking about implementing a new recruitment process.
The strategy behind this is that we finding we are employing all these new starters and not really knowing much about them in terms of there personal life and also not getting a in depth knowledge of there skill and abilities.
Perhaps you could share with me how you do your recruiting.
I was thinking on the lines of doing surveys to see if they are Doers, Thinkers, Creative people,

Hi Karin, I am the Recruitment Manager at my firm and because we only employ creative freelancers we take a lot of time to get to know them. If you need any help I am happy to assist :)
