Recruitment/Selection/Shortlisting Procedure plus Scoring Matrix

Hi everyone

I'm looking for some help if possible please :-)

Currently we don't have an internal recruitment process in place, and we really do need one! 

Would anyone be able to email me over their current recruitment/selection/shortlisting procedure by any chance, along with the associated scoring matrix, supporting documentation, etc. please? 

This is something we need to get in place quite swiftly, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Adele Have you tried the CIPD HR Inform. as a CIPD member you can trial this for a free period and it may be useful for what you need to get in place?

      Hi Sarah

      Thanks for coming back to me. Unfortunately I've already had a free trial of HR Inform. It was great and I took some template letters off there when I started in my role quite some months ago, but of course that's run out now and I can't get back on there, so am having to explore some alternative avenues :(
