Hi All,
I've been looking into ideas for what is up and coming in recruitment and I am hoping to get some insight from others. If anyone can help with what innovative ways they have heard about recruiting that would be great. I have been looking into Strengths Based Interviewing to include more Emotional Inteliigence into our selection, but any good ideas around attraction and selection would be gratefully received!
