I am unclear what to write in RST where it asks you to explain what to Include in a SOP for the recruiment process. Can someone help?

My impression is that DPG covered all of the topics that are of interest to them in the recorded film that was made available to us.

they are asking you to write a process which you think that the organisation you are talking about should follow when recruiting and selecting. All should be following some fair and equal process.
If you have any HR book, browse through the section called Workforce planning, Recrtuitment and Selection.
I believe the recorded video from DPG talks about the sections they are asking for. Like Job description, Person Specification. Selection metrix and more. put it into ordered process showing enough detail they are looking for. Always refer back to the criteria and the videos they explain what to do.
