Hi fellow HR professionals....I need help....
I have been asked to put together a Social Value Act policy (by 2nd July!!) covering the 'HR bits' (to quote my MD)
We are a private business and, consequently, I'd never heard of this act until now!
Having done some initial research, it very much looks like a public sector act and I am having great difficulty finding out any information that would help me put together a policy that adequately represents out business.
Does anyone out there have any hints, tips or advice on this......please :)
