The Employment Appeal Tribunal has today confirmed its decision in the Uber case thay the Uber drivers are workers and not self-employed and are workers and therefore qualify for worker's rights so holiday pay, sick pay, NMW etc.

Interesting one. I wonder what other examples of the gig economy could see same/similar rulings in terms of worker rights?
