One to catch up on for some CPD especially if you are currently working on the Contemporary Developments in Employee Relations module.
The new arrangements will apply to how Industrial Action is co-ordinated in terms of the thresholds and notification to employers.
It looks like not all of the Government's proposals made it through to the legislation (they were originally looking at removing check off arrangements in the Public Sector)
