Updating Terms & Conditions

We covered Terms and Conditions ( ie. the Contract) in the final session at Level 5, and as a result of that I have had a good look at the document we have been using here.  It's a bit dated and would benefit from a bit of an overhaul - if only to remove reference to Retirement age, floppy disks and the like!

I am quite happy to go through it all and come up with what I think is a suitable document. My query is should I then send it off for some sort of professional validation? How many of you have done it that way?
