My company is currently considering putting a workforce agreement in place.
I was wondering if anyone had any tips or advise on the best way to implement this. We will need to put the same wrokforce agreement in place across 4 different sites - 1 company.
We will be looking to communicate the need for a workforce agreement to all staff, then ask them to elect a representitve for each site ( 100 - 150 employee in each site) . Any ideas on how to hold the election or for people to nominate themselves? Ballot by email? Vote by paper?
Once the representitves from each site are eleted the committee will be formed and responsbile t o make decisions on behallf of all staff at their site. Especially in regards to the proposed workforce agreement.
I haev not been involved in anything like this before and would appreciate and ideas or advice.
