Did anyone see this one coming, just when you think you have got your head around the complexity that is Shared Parental Leave and Pay, it has recently been announced at the Conservative Party conference.
Do you think this will have a significant impact for business and do you have any thoughts on this, is it simply just a natural extension of the existing system.
To be honest I have not quite got my head around it yet. What does everyone else think?
