Lock v British Gas.
News in from the EAT is that Mr Lock has succeeded in his argument that he is entitled to holiday pay which includes an element for the amount of commission he would normally receive when working.

We have been discussing this in our Birmingham Level 5 Reward Management group today, and one point is that if an employee is sick will they still receive commission as part of their holiday entitlment, you would assume they will as it is part of the holiday calculation.
