Hi all,
I am looking for some advice on HR software providers and would love to hear what system you use/have used that you would reccommend.
We need the system to have all of the basic HR functions as well as the following:
- Excellent reporting function
- Self service for employees
- Be suitable to store data for around 40+ employees
We currently use Simply Personnel - it's very cost effective, however we have had numerous technical issues with it lately which is causing more admin work for our HR Department so are keen to look at what else is out there.

We changed 3 years ago to Cezanne HR. We've really grown to love it, its reporting functions are great and it uses cloud based storage which hasn't failed us so far! We use it as a HR portal for 210 employees who all seem to get on with it well. Their support team are fantastic as it's always hard switching to a new provider.
