CIPD Level 5 On-Line Course...Thoughts/Advice

After taking a year out from HR and I am now returning back into the profession and just about to click the button and register for the on-line Level 5 HRM course, however, I just want peoples' overall thoughts on the course? Was it what you expected, realistic times required for study and did you want to run and hide under the duvet when you started the course?

I want to ensure I am making the right decision as studied Level 3 back in 2011 and need to dust off some of the old study books.

I hope you get some responses to your query. Please do share those of you on the online HRM programme to give Sue the no holds barred benefit of your experience to date.

Sue I am one of the specialist facilitators for online HRM so a little but biased ;-) That said the online progamme can provide a flexible solution to studying and I find that most learners have some apprehension before starting so that is pretty normal!

I hope you get sorted with a programme which is the best fit for you.
