Hi all
I'm currently dealing with a case where the employee keeps going AWOL (Absent without leave) from work. It is cuasing major disruptions for the employer due to the nature of the work.I suspect that there is an underlying alcohol and/or drug misuse problem which the employee has not shared at this stage.
I have included a great article below about dealing with addictions at work and wondered how people would deal with the issue outlined above in terms of next steps?
