As I'm hiding in the back room with the lights off to avoid trick or treaters (Halloween equivalent of 'Bah! Humbug!') I'm hoping to tap into the expertise on here regarding an assignment question for my MA HRM.

“Why is there gender disparity at the highest levels of companies ? What evidence is there that this is bad for business? What can be done to increase gender parity?”
